Job Description
• Reconciling the company’s bank statements and bookkeeping ledgers.
• Completing analysis of the employee expenditures.
• Managing income and expenditure accounts.
• Generating the company’s financial reports using income and expenditure data.

Job Responsibilities
• Complying with all company, local, state, and federal accounting, and financial regulations.
• Drive and deliver period end-closing analysis and reporting.
• Presenting data to managers, management. and other entities.
• Review the Group inter-company reconciliation on a timely basis and ensure that all reconciliation items are discharges accurately.
• Performing audits and resolving discrepancies.
• Tax computation and other tax compliance.
• Keeping informed about current legislation relating to finance and accounting.
• Assisting in the decision-making process by preparing budgets and financial forecasts.
• Providing continuous training and briefing to subordinates and other business support staff to ensure accounting records are updated in an accurate manner.
• Monitoring of Standard Operating Procedure adherence by all Business Units pertaining to physical control over fixed assets, inventory etc.
• All other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior whenever arises.
• Comply to 5S as well safety and health regulations.

Principal Duties

  • Improvement / maintenance of existing models and molds

Manufacturing of models & molds under the supervision of the R&D head

  • Execution of all manual development works
  • Manufacturing of templates for new and existing models
  • Maintenance and repair tasks of existing molds
  • Model redesigns and adjustments
  • Involvement during the 0series for quality assembling support

Accounting (60%):
• Management and monitoring of accounts payable
• Booking of banks
• Intercompany bookings and account reconciliations
• Processing of domestic and international payments

General Administration & Marketing Support (40%):
• Administration of Human Resources documents
