SYNBONE is looking for an experienced and dedicated Accounting & Administration Specialist to work in our local Finance Department in Zizers, Switzerland and to support our Global Finance Team and the Group CFO.

Accounting & Administration Specialist (60-80%) M/F/D – Switzerland

Job Responsibilities

Accounting (70%):
• Management of accounts payable, monitoring and posting
• Booking of banks and general accounting activities
• IC invoices, postings, reconciliations
• Processing of domestic and international payments
• Strong interface to Finance Department SYNBONE Malaysia

General Administration (30%):
• Administration of Human Resources documents
• Time recording, reporting of overtime and holidays, key figures
• Other administrative tasks (e.g. purchasing, organization, office support)

Principal Duties

  • Planning, conception and manufacturing of molds and new models
  • Improvement / maintenance of existing models and molds
